Account Terms
Identity checks, one-account rules and how we act on a locked profile sit in our terms, using the same definitions you see here. Nothing there widens what we collect.
Open your account with superwin 777 and you share a short set of details: a name, a contact number, a payment handle. This page sets out what we...
We collect three families of data: the details you type in at registration, the records that JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or Raast return when a transfer clears, and the logs your browser leaves in the lobby. Account data confirms who you are, payment records match a transfer to your balance, and logs help us spot a frozen table before you report it.
Account and payment files stay while your account is open, plus the stretch our banking partners in Pakistan require. Everything else is deleted or anonymised on a rolling schedule. We do not sell your data and share it only with processors running the platform, or a regulator where local law compels us. Where local law permits, you can ask for a copy
of your records.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
If you want a record corrected, exported or closed, write to our desk from inside your account so we can match the request to your profile. Live chat runs through the day and email replies land within a few hours.
Open the chat window from your account menu and our privacy desk picks up the thread. Have your account number ready so we can pull your profile without extra checks.
Send a written request and we log it with a reference number the same working day. Replies go to the email address on your profile, so keep that one current.
Questions about a JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or Raast transfer come to the same desk. Share the transaction ID and the date, and we will trace it against your account.
We wrote these clauses the way we would want to read them: short lines, no hidden traps, and a plain account of what each rule means for you. Where a rule turns...
Every clause uses everyday Pakistani English, so you can read it once and know where you stand. If a line is unclear, our desk explains it in full.
Only the teams and providers needed to run your account, the lobby and the payment rails. No partner may reuse your details for its own campaigns. Their access ends with the contract.
Logins are checked against device and location patterns, and we nudge you to refresh a password that looks stale. Two-factor codes go to the mobile number on your profile.
Necessary cookies hold your session together; anything else you can switch off from the banner. Turning analytics cookies off will not block your access to the lobby or slow a withdrawal.
When a clause changes we date the revision and flag the edit in your account inbox, so nothing shifts underneath you without a word. Older versions stay on file.
You can ask to see, correct, export or close your records, and every request gets a written outcome. A refusal only happens where local law leaves us no room.
Our cookie page, account terms, withdrawal clauses and this privacy page draw on one set of definitions, so a phrase like account record means the same thing wherever you read it. When...
Identity checks, one-account rules and how we act on a locked profile sit in our terms, using the same definitions you see here. Nothing there widens what we collect.
Which scripts run in your browser, which ones you can refuse, and what breaks if you do, all set out in the same plain wording you are reading now.
How a payout request is checked, how long a JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast transfer takes to land, and the records we keep afterwards. The same data rules apply to each.
Password rules, two-factor setup and the device checks we run before a new login is allowed, written to match the wording here. Nothing extra is collected for those checks.
How we treat a disputed round, a stuck table or a wager that never registered, and the log evidence we rely on while investigating. The same logs feed these records.
If an answer here does not satisfy you, this page explains how to escalate inside our team and what timescale applies at each stage. Every escalation is logged against your account reference.
You see the same clauses as anyone else in a supported region, with local names such as JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast used wherever a transfer is described. The wording is identical.
The page runs in a fixed order, so you can jump straight to the part you need: a short opening, the policy itself, the ways to reach our...
